We offer flexible cleaning schedules to fit your needs. You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time cleanings. Whether you want regular upkeep or just need a fresh start for a special occasion, move, or seasonal reset, we’ll create a schedule that works best for your home or business.

Yes! We offer free consultations to make sure we fully understand your space, needs, and expectations before your first cleaning. Depending on the job, this may be done in person, by phone, or through photos and details you provide—whatever is easiest for you.

Yes! We bring all of our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment, so you don’t have to worry about providing anything. If you have special requests or prefer certain products, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate.

Yes! We love pets and are happy to clean homes with furry family members. We just ask that pets are secured or comfortable during the cleaning so our team can work safely and efficiently.

We proudly provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services in La Crosse, Onalaska, Holmen, West Salem, and Sparta, Wisconsin, as well as La Crescent, Minnesota. If you’re located nearby and aren’t sure if you’re in our service area, just reach out—we’re happy to help!

To help us clean efficiently and thoroughly, we recommend:
    •    Pick up loose items such as toys, clothes, and personal belongings
    •    Clear countertops of dishes or bathroom items and floors of toys etc as much as possible
    •    Secure pets or let us know how you’d like them handled
    •    Let us know about any priority areas or special requests

This allows our team to focus fully on detailed cleaning rather than organizing, giving you the best possible results.

No, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients are away while we clean. As long as we have a way to access your home (door code, key, or lockbox), we can complete the service and secure everything when we leave.


We understand that things come up and life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel. In order to help prevent any last minute cancellations, you will receive reminder emails and text notifications prior to your cleaning. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved time and staffing. Same-day cancellations or lockouts are charged the full service minimum.

We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule and offer that time to another client.

Payment is due at the time of service. Once your cleaning is complete, we will send your invoice, and payment can be made electronically for your convenience.

We accept Venmo, cash, and check  Prompt payment helps us ensure our team is paid on time and keeps scheduling running smoothly.
